What really stood out, though, was the service we received from Brandon. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our needs were met without being overbearing. It’s rare to see such genuine care in customer service, and Brandon’s positive attitude really added to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see him again! “ When we arrived they were short staffed and harried. But when finally seated a new waitress came on shift and all was well. The classic fishamajig was one of the best I ever had. And the hot fudge Sunday was delicious! Was worried there were no more friendlys left, so all is forgiven!! ”
“ Kayla took good care of us, she seemed to still be getting the hang of everything but was very nice and got us everything we needed. All the food came out very hot and fresh which was nice. The sundae someone in our party ordered came out exactly as requested which isn't always the case so we were grateful. ”
“ Mostly unchanged since my time here as a child in the 90's. I've always like Friendly's as a kid, always ordering the Grilled Cheese and then the Reese's Pieces Sunday, but it's 2023 now and I pay more than my fair share in taxes and bills so things have changed for me. Friendly's however seemingly stayed the same, and I like that. Ordered online for pickup, putting in for the Fish and Chips, Onion Rings, and a half and half Soup and Salad. The total only came to a little over 30 which is totally acceptable, especially given everything I got was delicious. The fried cod was perfectly flakey inside and crispy outside, the accompanying waffle fries had some great volume and were very thick. Made for perfect dipping chips. The onion rings were crunchy, lots of flavor, and the right amount of onion inside. The salad was a little on the small side when it came to the greens, as the thousand island I ran with was far too much for the small bowl. The cheddar broccoli soup however was fantastic, delicious, and amusingly in a coffee cup which made for a unique way of drinking my soup. Overall I am very satisfied with my picks and how most turned out. Thumbs up. ”
